Terms of Service
Last updated: October 31, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Origavia, the product sourcing service available at origavia.com (the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by REECARD LLC, 145 Speckled Alder, Irvine, CA 92618, USA ("REECARD", "Origavia", "we", "us").
By creating an account, submitting a request, approving a quote or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. Who can use Origavia
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is intended for business purchases. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Your account and sign-in
We do not use passwords. We email you a one-time sign-in link that expires after 15 minutes. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity on your Origavia account.
Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
3. What we do
You send us a product link or description. We work with independent suppliers (factories, sourcing agents and trading companies), mostly in mainland China and Hong Kong, to source the product, and we arrange shipping to your destination.
We are not the manufacturer. Product links from Amazon, Alibaba, 1688 or other sites are a reference only. The specifications that apply to your order are the ones written in the quote you approve.
4. Requests and quotes
- Submitting a request is free and does not commit you to buy anything.
- We may decline any request, including requests for products we cannot source or ship legally.
- Each quote states the specifications, quantity, destination, estimated production and shipping times, the total price and the date it is valid until. After that date the quote expires and prices may change.
- You may ask for a change before you approve. A changed quote replaces the earlier one.
5. Prices, currency and payment
- All prices are set and payable in US dollars (USD). Amounts shown in other currencies (for example BRL or ARS) are estimates for reference only, based on exchange rates that change over time. You pay the USD amount.
- When you approve a quote, you agree to pay the total shown. We will send payment instructions. Production starts after we receive payment in full unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You are responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider, and for any currency conversion costs on your side.
6. Shipping, DDP and delivery
- Unless a quote says otherwise, quotes are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the city in the quote. The price includes the product, shipping to our consolidation point in Hong Kong, onward shipping from Hong Kong (calculated per carton) and the import duties and taxes we estimate for your destination.
- Delivery dates are estimates. Customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays and events outside our control can change them.
- Extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information you give us (such as a wrong address, missing tax ID, or a refused delivery) are your responsibility.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address in your order.
7. Your responsibilities
- Only request products you are legally allowed to import and sell in your destination country.
- Do not request counterfeit goods, replicas or products that infringe trademarks, patents, copyrights or other rights.
- Unless the quote says we will handle it, you are responsible for product certifications, labels and registrations required in your country (for example FCC, INMETRO, ANATEL or ANMAT).
- Give us the importer and consignee information your country requires.
8. Changes and cancellations
You can cancel a request at any time before you approve a quote, at no cost. After you approve and pay, the supplier begins production and we commit funds on your behalf. From that point you may cancel only if we agree, and we will refund the amounts we have not yet paid or committed to suppliers and carriers.
9. Quality issues and claims
Check your goods when they arrive. If items are damaged, missing or materially different from the approved specifications, tell us within 14 days of delivery and include photos and your order number. If the claim is valid, we will, at our choice, replace the affected units, give you a credit, or refund the price paid for those units.
10. Supplier Terms
This section applies if you register as a supplier. It applies in addition to the rest of these Terms.
- You confirm that the company details you provide are accurate and that you may act for that company.
- Quotes must be in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) or Chinese yuan (RMB). Your quote must include the unit price, units per carton, packed weight per carton (no more than 50 kg) and shipping cost to Hong Kong.
- A submitted quote is a firm offer for the time stated in it. Submitting a quote does not guarantee an order. Only an order confirmed in writing by Origavia is binding on us.
- When we confirm an order, you agree to produce goods that match the agreed specifications and deliver them to the Hong Kong address we give you, on time and properly packed.
- You will not contact Origavia customers directly or try to sell to them outside Origavia for orders you learned about through the Service, for 12 months after your last quote for that customer.
- Payment terms for each order are set out in the order confirmation.
11. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. For example, do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the Service, scrape it with automated tools, upload malware, or use it for fraud or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
12. Content and intellectual property
The Origavia name, logo, website and software belong to REECARD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as product photos and notes. You give us permission to use it only to operate the Service and fulfil your orders.
13. Disclaimers
Except for the commitments in an approved quote and these Terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, REECARD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including consumer protection laws in your country.
15. Indemnity
You agree to cover REECARD's losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your products' compliance with the laws of your country, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Orange County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
Before starting a legal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email. Orders you approved before the change stay under the Terms in effect when you approved them.
