How is the price calculated?
Your quote is one DDP total: the product, shipping to Hong Kong, shipping from Hong Kong to your city, import duties, taxes and our service. There are no extra charges on delivery.
Which currency do I pay in?
All payments are made in US dollars. We also show the total and price per unit in your display currency, using the latest exchange rate, for reference only.
Can I change my request?
You can edit a request until we send your quote. After that, use “Request a change” on the quote and we’ll revise it.
How long does delivery take?
Production time depends on the product and is shown on each quote. Shipping from Hong Kong usually takes 1 day to the US and around 3 to 5 days to the rest of the world.
